As we farewell our aquathlon for another year it is one of the biggest weekends on the calendar this weekend. It's Kona time!

So I had thought the boys might finish one up on the girls after the Cotswolds Middle Distance Triathlon. I should have known better!

A massive weekend of racing this weekend which sees LFTC battling the North Norfolk Triathlon Club and the girls taking on Challenge Weymouth and Challenge Weymouth Half.
